Yes, we offer airport transfer services with additional fee. We can arrange sedan cars, vans and/or buses depending on your requirement. Please contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your flight arrival with complete details (number of passengers, flight details, luggage space requirements) for an appropriate vehicle quote to be provided and prepayment of the service to be completed via online payment link.
You can reach us within a 25-minute drive from Dubai International Airport Terminals 1 or 3 (30 km) and 70 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport (110km).
Yes, parking is available for guests using the hotel facilities. However, overnight parking is allowed only for guests staying in the hotel. Otherwise, AED 200 for overnight parking will be charged.

Yes, the hotel accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Diners and JCB.
Yes, the hotel will require the guest to present the physical credit card along with a matching valid ID for online bookings guaranteed via credit card unless payments are processed via a secure payment link. The credit card must be under the name of the guest who is staying unless pre-arranged with the hotel prior to arrival.

At check-in you will be required to place a security deposit in cash or via a credit card pre-authorisation. This is held for any incidental charges like minibar consumption, restaurant dining, or telephone charges or other items which may be charged to your room during your stay. If we do not find any outstanding charges at the time of check-out, the security deposit will be returned to you in full.
All items in the room are available for purchase. Should any item be taken from the room on departure or anything found damaged, the price of the item will be charged against the security deposit or to the credit card on file.
It is a legal requirement that guests must present valid physical Emirates ID OR physical Passport OR physical GCC National ID for check-in. Physical Driving license is accepted only for UAE Nationals. This is applicable for every individual staying in the room or visiting, without exception. No other ID cards including soft copy of the aforementioned ID cards are accepted as per legal requirements.
The hotel has generous limits for the maximum occupancy of our various rooms. These limits are for guest safety and comfort, as well as to avoid excessive wear and tear. Please respect these limits and do not entertain visitors or bring extra persons into your hotel guest room without coordinating with the Reception Desk. Applicable extra person fees may apply, subject to maximum occupancy limits.
Speakers whether small or big are not allowed to be carried to any room category. The same can be stored under storage at bell desk.
Stag parties and bachelorette parties are not allowed in the hotel rooms. We would recommend organizing such activities with our restaurant and events teams.
Smoking is only permitted in clearly marked, designated areas within the hotel.
Smoking inside any non-smoking room is strictly not permissible. This policy is strictly enforced, any guest found in breach of the hotel’s non-smoking policy will be charged penalty fees of AED 300 (minimum charge).
Shisha is strictly not permissible inside the room or balcony. The same can be stored under storage at bell desk. This policy is strictly enforced.
